Trublu Financial Services Limited – Online Service Agreement (the “Agreement”)

1. General Description of the Online Service Agreement

A. What This Agreement Covers

This Agreement is between you (“the Client”) and Trublu Financial Services Limited (“Trublu”) and governs the use of our online and mobile financial services (the “Services”), accessible through trublufinancialservices.com on any computer or mobile device.

 

The Services allow you to:

  • Submit loan applications and required information

  • Make online payments toward loan accounts

  • View account updates, statements, and loan status

  •  Receive digital alerts and notifications

 

The Services are provided as a convenience and supplement traditional access methods, including email communication, telephone support, and in-person meetings (where applicable). Ending your access to the Services does not affect your ability to use traditional access methods.

 

When your profile is created, all eligible Trublu accounts under your name may be linked to the Services unless you request otherwise.

 

Some features may not be available on all devices. You are responsible for maintaining the latest browser or mobile software version to ensure full access.

B. Accepting the Agreement

By applying for, enrolling in, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by:

  • This Agreement

  • Any on-screen instructions or disclaimers

  •  Our Privacy Policy and other posted terms

 

If you authorize someone to act on your behalf, their actions and use of the Services are also bound by this Agreement.

2. Payment Services

A. Payments Toward Your Trublu Loan Account

You may use the Services to make payments to your Trublu loan from an external bank account or card that you are legally authorized to use. Payments may be one-time or recurring, where applicable.

 

  • Payments initiated before 11:59 p.m. EST will be applied on the same day.

  • It may take up to 2 business days for the payment to appear on your account.

  • If your external financial institution rejects or reverses the payment, the loan payment will be cancelled and late fees may apply.

 

A Bank Transaction Fee may be applied to online payments to reflect charges from our banking partners.

3. Online Financial Alerts

A. General & Automatic Alerts

You may receive alerts related to:

  • Updates to personal or account information

  • Loan status updates

  • Upcoming payments, missed payments, and received payments

  • Completed loans

 

General and automatic alerts are sent to your primary email address. Automatic alerts cannot be turned off.

 

Alerts:

  • May include partial account information but never full account numbers

  • May be delayed or prevented due to factors outside our control

  • Are provided as a courtesy and not as a guaranteed service

 

By using the Services, you consent to receiving communications and alerts electronically, including outside normal business hours.

B. Text Message Alerts

If you add a mobile number, you certify you are the authorized user and consent to receiving SMS notifications, including those sent through automated systems.

4. Error Resolution Procedures

A. Questions About Transactions

Contact us immediately at 876-843-4006 if you believe:

  • A transaction or statement is incorrect

  • You need more information about a listed transaction

  • Someone has gained unauthorized access to your account

 

Report the issue within 60 days of when the first statement showing the error was sent.

 

We may request the complaint in writing within 10 business days.

 

We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we may take up to 45 days to complete our investigation.

5. Small Business Accounts (If Applicable)

You agree to:

  • Keep passwords secure and confidential

  • Notify Trublu immediately if unauthorized access is suspected

  • Understand that Trublu may send account notices to the authorized business email address on file

 

Trublu is not liable for unauthorized transactions occurring before notification is received and acted upon.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

A. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

B. Limitation of Liability

Trublu is not liable for:

  • Errors or delays caused by external systems

  • Unauthorized access to your data

  • Delays or failures caused by natural disasters or system outages

  • Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages

 

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed USD $100.

C. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trublu harmless from claims or losses arising from:

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Errors caused by your actions

  • Violation of this Agreement

7. Additional Terms

A. Service Charges

Except for applicable Bank Transaction Fees, Trublu does not charge a fee solely for accessing your online account.

B. Service Hours

The Services are generally available 24/7, except during maintenance.

 

Office Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Fri: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

C. Business Days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

D. Changes to Agreement

Trublu may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services confirms acceptance.

E. Disclosure of Account Information

Trublu may share information with authorized agencies consistent with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

F. Consent to Electronic Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receiving account-related communications electronically.

8. Service Delivery Policy

  • Services are delivered electronically.

  • Loan disbursement occurs within 3 business days after all fees are paid and contracts signed.

  • Services are available only in Jamaica and the United States.

  • No regulatory restrictions currently limit service delivery.
