Return Policy

1. Refund of Service Fees

All payments made toward service fees are strictly non-refundable.

In the event of an overpayment, clients may request a refund by contacting us at:

accounts@trublufinancialservices.com

The refund request must include:

  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction reference)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the overpayment is verified by our internal accounts department, the excess amount will be refunded using the original payment method where applicable.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Payments made toward loan processing fees

  • Payments made toward loan repayments

  • Any correctly processed payments that are not confirmed as overpayments

Refunds are applicable ONLY in cases of verified overpayments.

3. Cancellation Policy

Trublu Financial Services Limited does not provide:

  • Appointment-based services

  • Subscription-based financial services

As a result, no cancellation policy applies to our services.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, except in the case of a verified overpayment as outlined above
